We are a long-established tree service in the Mad River Valley, entering our 25th year in business. We’re hiring for seasonal positions starting April 1, with consistent work through the season.

Open Positions
Experienced Tree Climber / Bucket Operator
Experienced Ground Worker
Monday–Friday
Typical hours: 7:00am–4:00pm
(Some days longer, some shorter depending on the work)
What the Work Involves
- Working as part of a general tree care crew
- Tree removals and pruning
- Safe operation of chainsaws, chippers, hand tools, and equipment
- Rigging and lowering limbs safely
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site
- Representing the company well with customers and the public
We use professional, well-maintained equipment and emphasize safety, communication, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
For experienced positions:
- Prior tree care crew experience
- Strong understanding of safe chainsaw and equipment operation
- Knowledge of proper pruning practices
- Ability to climb with or without spurs (for climber positions)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
For ground and developing positions:
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- Interest in learning proper tree care techniques
- Commitment to working safely and responsibly
Drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
Training, Safety, and Growth
- We follow ANSI safety standards
- First aid and safety training required and supported
- We invest in training and skill development for people who want to grow
- ISA certifications and continuing education are encouraged and paid for

- Minimum 40 hours/week (May–October)
